  • Three-course dinner for two at Goodall’s Kitchen

Goodall’s Kitchen will also host a special Valentine’s Day Dinner on Tuesday, February 14 with reservations available between 5-10 p.m. Complimentary valet parking is included. The 3-course menu by Executive Chef Michael Paley and beverage pairings by Beverage Director and Certified Sommelier Mandi Nelson includes:

    • Arancine porcini mushroom, smoked mozzarella, black truffle

On Monday, February 13 and Tuesday, February 14, newly-opened Kuneho will offer a 7-course prix fixe menu with an optional beverage pairing that is composed of aphrodisiacs. The Borough Bar will also be featuring Valentine’s Day cocktails, Japanese Whisky selections, and tantalizing sparkling wines.


The 7-course menu includes:

  • Oyster, dashi, banh, cuon
  • Heart of palm, yamaimo, sous vide duck yolk, smoked soy
  • Madai, sea bream in leche de tigre and puffed sorghum
  • Rabbit, winter vegetables, adobo sauce
  • Perfect bites: caviar chawanmushi, uni gunkan, foie nigiri
  • Black chicken, black rice, black raddish, ginseng
  • White chocolate rose petals, white miso panna cotta

The Borough Bar featured cocktails include:

  • Handsome devil: gin, campari, damiana, ginger, ginseng, sweet vermouth
  • Cama de rosas: blanco tequila, agave gin, maraschino, grenadine, lemon, peychaud’s, rose water angostrura

pastawine-1000x450Mueller Italian restaurant L’Oca d’Oro will open its doors on a day it is normally closed to host the Valentine’s Day Mash-up 2017 on Tuesday, February 14. As part of their larger dinner series, this 4-course dinner will have menus inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder and Public Enemy.
Guests will have a “Love” or “Hate” option to choose from for each course – one dish named after a Stevie Wonder album and the other dish named after a Pubic Enemy album. Diners will choose which side of the menu they want to order from for each course and the restaurant will be playing music by those artists the entire evening.
The Mash-up menu created by Executive Chef Fiore Tedesco and General Manager Adam Orman includes:

oj-historyFrom February 10 through February 14, Olive & June will offer special “features” in honor of Valentine’s Day alongside the regular menu. These dishes can be ordered individually (prices vary) or all together as a 4-course prix fixe menu for $56 per person. The features by Executive Chef Brian Moses include:

  • Fried ravioli, carrot ricotta, balsamic aioli
  • Butternut squash pappardelle, garlic, chili flake, smoked chicken thigh
  • Salmon, artichokes, citrus, roasted tomato
  • A vegetable side, chickpea, mint, roasted tomato
  • Dessert is TBA

In addition to the regular menu and special features, the restaurant will offer a Pasta Tasting Menu in celebration of Olive & June’s 5-year anniversary for the entire month of February. This is a 5 or 3-course rotating pasta menu in which Chef Brian brings back popular pasta dishes that have been highlighted on Olive & June’s menu at some point since opening. The 3-course menu will be $35.50 per person and the 5-course menu will be $49 per person. Both menus require at least 2 people at the table.

Sheraton Georgetown Texas Hotel & Conference Center is offering two packages and special menu offerings at its restaurant, Brix And Ale, surrounding Valentine’s Day this year.

This special themed dinner includes your choice of filet of beef or herb marinated gulf shrimp for the main course and porcine risotto or beet reduction as a side. The price is $28 per person. For dessert, patrons can enjoy a cast iron baked cookie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for $10 per cookie (serves 2).
